How long does the training programme last?

New recruits complete a four-week residential training programme at King Force’s Training Centre in Rupganj, Narayanganj. The programme covers drill and discipline, emergency response, self-defence, fire safety, first aid, access control, and customer service. Site-specific briefings are provided before each new deployment.

Can King Force provide both male and female security guards?

Yes. King Force deploys both male and female security guards — one of the few security companies in Bangladesh to offer this. Female guards are available for reception positions, visitor screening, and any area where gender-appropriate personnel are required.

Does King Force provide armed guards for corporate premises?

Yes. For higher-risk environments, King Force deploys government-licensed armed security personnel. All armed guards hold valid firearms permits issued under Bangladesh Home Ministry regulations. Details of armed deployment options are discussed during the initial site assessment.

How is a King Force security team supervised on-site?

Every deployment includes a site in-charge responsible for managing the guard team, maintaining duty rosters, and serving as the primary operational contact. Field supervisors conduct regular announced and unannounced site visits. The King Force 24/7 control room maintains continuous oversight of all deployed personnel.

Does King Force cover locations outside Dhaka?

What is included in the Service Level Agreement (SLA)?

The SLA covers guard positions and shift schedules, specific duties and post orders, escalation procedures, incident reporting requirements, supervision frequency, performance benchmarks, and the process for monthly reviews and client feedback. The SLA is prepared following an initial site survey and agreed with the client before deployment begins.
