Privacy Policy-Kingwon Securicor Limited (“King Force”)
1. Introduction
Kingwon Securicor Limited, operating as King Force (“we,” “us,” “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information through our website (kingforcebd.com), our security and facility management operations, our CCTV/AI monitoring systems, and our recruitment and employment processes across Bangladesh.
This Policy is prepared in line with the data‑protection and cyber‑security provisions applicable in Bangladesh, including the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Act, 2006, the Cyber Security Act, 2023, and other applicable government guidelines, and reflects common practice in Bangladesh’s private security and facility services industry. Bangladesh does not yet have a single comprehensive data‑protection law equivalent to GDPR; where our processing involves clients or personnel outside Bangladesh, additional local requirements may also apply.

5. CCTV & AI‑Based Monitoring
Where we provide surveillance, access‑control, or AI‑based security solutions at a client site:
- Footage and alerts are used solely for security, incident‑investigation, and operational‑improvement purposes.
- Access to footage is restricted to authorized King Force personnel and the relevant client, on a need‑to‑know basis.
- Retention periods for footage are set out in the SLA with each client and are limited to what is reasonably necessary for security and evidentiary purposes, unless a longer period is required by law or an ongoing investigation.
- Any signage or notice required at monitored premises will be arranged jointly with the client, as appropriate.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with:
- Clients, to the extent necessary for deployment, verification, invoicing, and incident reporting under an SLA.
- Government and law‑enforcement authorities, including police, RAB, or regulatory bodies, where required for verification, licensing (e.g., arms licensing), or in response to lawful requests.
- Service providers, such as payroll processors, IT/hosting providers, and insurers, who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Professional advisors (auditors, lawyers) where necessary for legal or financial compliance.
- As required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of King Force, our clients, personnel, or the public.
7. Data Storage & Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including restricted access, secured control rooms, and confidentiality obligations for staff — to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Personal data is primarily stored and processed within Bangladesh.
No system is completely secure; while we take reasonable steps consistent with industry practice, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet or stored electronically.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to:
- Fulfil the purposes described in this Policy;
- Meet statutory obligations (e.g., employment, tax, and labour record‑keeping requirements under Bangladeshi law); or
- Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
CCTV footage and similar surveillance data are retained per the retention period agreed in the relevant client SLA, unless a longer period is required for an active investigation or legal proceeding.
9. Your Rights & Choices
Subject to applicable law, you may:
- Request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you.
- Withdraw consent for non‑essential communications (e.g., marketing) at any time.
- Ask us to explain how your information is used in connection with a specific engagement or CCTV incident.
To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to verification of your identity and any legal restrictions (e.g., ongoing investigations).
10. Job Applicants & Employees
Personal and sensitive information collected during recruitment (e.g., NID, police clearance, medical records) is used strictly for verification, deployment, and HR administration, and is handled with additional confidentiality given its sensitivity. Access is limited to HR, Training, and relevant Operations personnel involved in vetting and management.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our website and Services are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. CCTV monitoring at client sites may incidentally capture images of minors present at the premises; such footage is handled under the same security and confidentiality safeguards described in Section 5.
