These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, and the manned security, facility management, cleaning, pest control, and allied support services we provide (“Services”). By visiting our website, submitting an inquiry, signing a Service Level Agreement (SLA), or otherwise engaging our Services, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.

2. Our Services

King Force provides, among others, the following categories of Services across Bangladesh:

  • Security Services – manned security (male & female guards), armed/gunman security, ATM management, executive protection, event security management, and control-room/CCTV & AI‑based monitoring.
  • Facility Management – firefighting and safety solutions, access control and surveillance systems, property/lift management, gardening, and general facility support staff.
  • Cleaning Services – residential, commercial, industrial, specialized, post‑construction, and event cleaning.
  • Pest Control Services – integrated pest management and related treatments.
  • Support Staffing – office assistants, cleaning supervisors, asset managers, plumbers, electricians, lift operators, and gardeners.

Specific scope, manpower, equipment, pricing, and duty schedules for any engagement are set out in a separate written Service Level Agreement (SLA) or work order signed between the Client and King Force. In case of any conflict between these Terms and a signed SLA, the SLA will prevail for that engagement.

3. Engagement Process

  1. Inquiry & Site Assessment – We conduct a site survey, risk assessment, and manpower planning based on your requirements.
  2. Proposal & SLA – We issue a proposal and, upon mutual agreement, execute an SLA specifying deployment, billing cycle, and terms of service.
  3. Deployment – Personnel are deployed only after recruitment vetting, police verification (where applicable), and requisite training have been completed.
  4. Ongoing Supervision – Services are supervised through area in‑charges, patrol teams, and our control room, subject to periodic review and client feedback.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding the site, risks, and requirements necessary for a proper security/service assessment.
  • Provide reasonable working conditions, access, and safety for deployed personnel, in line with the Bangladesh Labour Act, 2006.
  • Make payments as per the agreed billing schedule in the SLA.
  • Not directly instruct, employ, or solicit deployed personnel outside the scope of the SLA without King Force’s written consent.
  • Promptly report any incident, complaint, or safety concern to our control room or designated account manager.

5. Fees, Billing & Payment

  • Service charges are as quoted in the applicable SLA/work order and are generally billed on a monthly cycle unless otherwise agreed.
  • Charges may be revised with prior written notice to reflect statutory wage revisions, government minimum wage board orders, VAT/Tax changes, or material changes in scope.
  • Applicable VAT and other government levies, per prevailing Bangladesh law (including the VAT and Supplementary Duty Act, 2012), will be charged in addition to the quoted service fee unless stated as inclusive.
  • Late payments may attract a reasonable surcharge as specified in the SLA and may result in suspension of Services upon notice.

6. Personnel & Licensing

  • All security personnel are deployed subject to background verification, police clearance, and, where applicable, arms licensing under the Arms Act, 1878, and other applicable firearms regulations of Bangladesh.
  • King Force remains the employer of record for all deployed personnel; deployed staff act under our supervision and standard operating procedures, without creating any employer–employee relationship between the Client and such personnel.
  • King Force reserves the right to rotate, replace, or withdraw personnel for operational, disciplinary, or safety reasons, with reasonable notice to the Client wherever practicable.

7. Technology & Monitoring Services

Where CCTV, AI‑based monitoring, access control, or control‑room reporting is part of the Services, such systems are deployed strictly for security, incident‑detection, and operational purposes at the Client’s premises. Use of footage, alerts, or data generated by these systems is governed by our [Privacy Policy] and the confidentiality terms of the SLA.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary, commercially sensitive, or personal information exchanged in the course of the engagement, and to use it solely for the purpose of delivering or receiving the Services. This obligation survives termination of the SLA.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • King Force will exercise reasonable skill, care, and diligence in providing the Services in accordance with industry practice in Bangladesh.
  • Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, King Force’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Services shall not exceed the total service fees paid by the Client for the relevant billing period in which the claim arose, or as otherwise capped in the SLA.
  • King Force is not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, civil unrest, strikes, or government action.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of Bangladesh.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an SLA in accordance with the notice period specified therein (typically 30–90 days’ written notice), or immediately for material breach, non‑payment, or safety concerns, subject to settlement of outstanding dues.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any SLA are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably; failing which, disputes shall be subject to arbitration/the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, consistent with the Contract Act, 1872, and the Arbitration Act, 2001, as applicable.

12. Website Use

Content on kingforcebd.com is provided for general informational purposes and does not itself constitute an offer or SLA. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, or applicable law. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
